As per the law, a foreigner cannot share a room with a citizen of Vietnam without a certificate of marriage as a proof. The property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked upon failure to do so.
The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation. If the guest requests to have the name changed, there should be a confirmation email in advance.
According to Vietnamese law, the hotel does not allow foreigners and Vietnamese to share the same room except when the guest can provide the marriage certification upon arrival.
